Turlock Development Incentive Program
The City of Turlock Development Incentive Program is designed to encourage new business growth and accelerate commercial and industrial development within the community. Through this program, eligible development projects may receive a 25% reduction in Capital Facilities Fees (CFF), helping reduce development costs and support business expansion in Turlock.
The program was formally adopted by the Turlock City Council on March 10, 2026, as part of the City’s ongoing commitment to supporting economic growth, attracting new developments, and creating employment opportunities in the community.
