Child Pornography Suspect Arrested Again After Locating Disturbing Evidence

On Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at approximately 4:30 p.m., High Tech Detectives with the Turlock Police Department again, arrested Alejandro Daniel Valenzuela, 26 years, resident of Turlock. Valenzuela was initially arrested by Turlock Police Detectives on January 26, 2022, as a result of a Cyber Tip regarding child pornography. Valenzuela was still in custody at the Stanislaus County Jail and is now facing additional charges of possession of child pornography.

As a result of a search warrant obtained to forensically search Valenzuela’s electronic devices, which were seized during his initial arrest, High Tech Detectives discovered more disturbing evidence.

Videos were discovered which suggest Valenzuela had been filming prepubescent children in public restrooms. The locations where these crimes occurred is unknown and no victims have been identified.

Valenzuela was re-booked on a felony charge of possessing more than 600 child pornographic images with at least 10 prepubescent victims. Additionally, there were over 900 videos which depicted infants and toddlers being sexually abused.

Although no victims have come forward at this time, Detectives urge anyone who may have witnessed Valenzuela committing these crimes or suspect their child may have been a victim, to come forward.

The Turlock Police Department asks that anyone with information regarding this on-going investigation to call Detective Timothy Redd at (209) 664-7325. You can also contact the Turlock Police Department’s Tip Line at (209) 668-5550 extension 6780 or email at tpdtipline@turlock.ca.us.
