Municipal Services manages a variety of areas which are vital in having a clean, safe, healthy and thriving community. The Department consists of five Divisions and 144 full-time employees who implement, deliver, operate and maintain the city's infrastructure systems and facilities. We also provide wholesome activities for youth and families.

Water Meter Upgrade Installation
The City of Turlock Municipal Services Department has authorized Pacific Meter Services (PMS) to install updated automatic water meter related equipment. These updates are part of the City’s effort to automate its water meter reading operations and to improve efficiency. Other than gaining access to the box itself, the installation technician will not require access to any other place on your property or in your home. Your water service will not be interrupted and your property will be left in the same condition it was found.
