What are the requirements for starting a family daycare business in the City of Turlock?

Prospective daycare providers with less than 8 children are not monitored by the City of Turlock and should contact the Stanislaus County Child Care Resource and Referral at 209-238-6400.

Daycare providers with 9-14 children should click on this link for their requirements.

If the facility will provide care for more than 14 children it is considered a commercial facility. Please contact the Fire Prevention Bureau at 209-668-5580 for more information.
