Pre-Development

Pre-Development meetings are set up through the Planning Division of the Development Services Division. Click here to download a brochure describing the predevelopment process. To set up a meeting you may call Development Services Planning Department at (209) 668-5640 or contact them at planning@turlock.ca.us.

This meeting will allow developers to meet with the appropriate divisions which may include a member from the Engineering Division, Planning Division, Fire Services Division, Building Division, Municipal Services Division and Police Services. Each department will comment and give their requirements in order for the developer to proceed with their project. This will allow the developer to see if his project is cost effective and feasible.
