The City Clerk is an appointed position responsible for the following:
Recording the minutes for the City Council, Redevelopment Agency (RDA) and Public Financing Authority (PFA) of the City of Turlock
Ensuring agenda posting and public hearing notification and publication of all legal notices pertaining to the City Council, RDA and PFA
Processing resolutions and ordinances
Updating and maintaining the Turlock Municipal Code and rosters for Boards and Commissions
Administering oaths of office
Liability and claims processing
Supervising the conduct of city elections
Campaign and statement of economic interest reporting, and
Acting as the custodian of records for the City.
City Clerk, Rhonda Greenlee
Rhonda Greenlee was appointed as Turlock’s City Clerk in January 1994 and was later appointed to a permanent position. Rhonda was born in Long Beach, California and graduated from William S. Hart High School in Newhall, California. She later graduated from C.S.U. Stanislaus. Rhonda's current position is an Executive Assistant to the City Manager. City Clerk Greenlee lives with her husband Dennis and two sons.
